The Kensington Protective System
At the heart of Kensington's innovative and classically designed line is an American made fabric called 2002 Textilene. This fabric is made exclusively for Kensington and consists of 17 x 11, 1000 denier with 2000 denier ripstop running through it every two inches in both directions. This is the strongest material on the market today and the absolute best way to protect your horse.
The system not only shields your horse from biting insects, it also protects the coat from bleaching with 70% UV protection. It adds longer life to expensive horse clothing, is mildew resistant, fire retardant and cleans up easily. Kensinton's Textilene keeps coats shiny by massaging and drawing out natural oils, protecting your horse from cuts and rubs.
